牛肉と玉ねぎを具に、生姜をほんのりときかせたベーシックな牛丼の作り方の紹介です。
【材料】
牛肉(こま切れや切り落とし)…250g
玉ねぎ…150g
生姜…1かけ(約10g)
ごはんと紅しょうが…適量
A水…1カップ(200ml)
A醤油…大さじ4
Aみりん…1/4カップ(50ml)
A酒…1/4カップ(50ml)
A砂糖…大さじ3

Aの合わせ調味料を鍋に合わせたら、せん切りにした生姜とくし切りの玉ねぎを入れて火にかけ、沸いたら牛肉を入れ、アクをすくったあと20分煮ます。煮るときの火加減や最終的な煮詰め加減などをぜひ動画でチェックしてみてください。
Introducing Beef and Onion Gyudon Beef Bowl with a hint of ginger!
ingredients:
for gyudon
beef 250g*
onion 150g
ginger 1 piece
*thinly sliced chuck or round steak
cooked rice and red pickled ginger
gyudon sauce
water.... 200 ml
soy sauce .... 4 table spoon
mirin(sweet rice wine).... 50 ml
sake ....50 ml
sugar.... 3 table spoon

First put all the ingredients for gyudon sauce in a pot along with thinly sliced ginger and wedged onion.
Once it reaches boiling point, add beef and remove scum.
